Anand quotes" I believe the traditional recipes of our country are forgotten. They have a lot of nutritional value and each delicacy and product has methodology and value attached to it. Organic and natural products have always solved all health-related issues. Our ancestors hardly visited a doctor. They had remedies for all the health issues and their immunity was much stronger than ours. By reviving the products and practices, I want to give back the same qualitative products to as many people as I can.
Sanskruti- Prakruti offers products kitchen ingredients like natural honey, jaggery, black pepper, and lentils, seasonal juices like aloe vera, gooseberry, and hair care products like onion hair oil, hibiscus hair oil, hair masks, Mehndi etc. Seasonal foods and delicacies are also prepared like sesame bar Kachariyu, Meethi ladu, Sweet Gooseberry, beetroot juice etc are also provided. All the items are prepared by using natural and organic ingredients. The raw materials are collected from forest and village areas. They are dried and processed naturally.
Anand mainly focuses on providing well-known and traditional recipes to his consumers based on seasons. He says, “There is correlation between seasonal recipes and their health. If we eat food as per seasons then it will aid our health and boost our immunity. Nature has many products, which has medicinal properties. Slowly we are forgetting it, by reviving the products; I am planning to reach out to people within and outside our state and nation. In these tiring times, one has to become independent then why not do it by making our traditional practices and recipes popular through organic and natural ingredients. The new generation does not accept anything and everything. They try, test, and then approve. I really felt happy when people accepted my products and ingredients.”
Apart from involving village women in the process of preparing food and organic products, he is also helping them by purchasing mud crockery for preparing, storing his products. Sanskruti- Prakruti, is paying special attention into detailing of each products. When the ingredient or product order is announced through the social media circle, the process, and importance of each product is explained in detail. When you quiz Anand about it, he smiles and responds, “We should know what we are consuming, or using, I believe that when consumers know about the benefit of each and every ingredient and the process involved then they feel satisfied. Moreover, through detailing we are reviving the importance of each product”.
